Our Phoenix meeting rooms offer a variety of spaces to suit your needs. Choose from ballrooms to boardrooms and every venue in between. No matter what venue at Hyatt Regency Phoenix you choose, rest assured that your guests will enjoy the experience possible during their stay in Phoenix.  

To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our Phoenix venues offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.

Lobby Level

Regency Ballroom - Utilize our versatile 10,000+ square foot room, with 16’ ceilings, spacious registration areas and 3,164 square foot foyer, when you need to hold a series of seminars, stage a formal banquet for 960, or host a reception for up to 1,200 guests. The ballroom, and its four sections, is ideal for general sessions, spacious breakouts and food and beverage functions, including galas and weddings. Depend on the Regency Ballroom for sophisticated ambiance with state-of-the-art functionality.

 Sundance Room - The spacious 3,344 square foot Sundance Room, adjacent to the Regency Ballroom, can accommodate up to 100 for formal dining and 150 for a cocktail reception. Utilize it as a perfect pre-function space; whether you require an extended registration area or are serving a continental breakfast before sessions.
  
Lobby Conference Suite - Conveniently located on the lobby level, this suite allows for private executive sessions away from the main conference.
Second Floor
With a myriad of rooms and set-ups available, these dedicated Phoenix meeting rooms are sure to offer just what you need for conventions and other large gatherings.

Atrium Lobby - Stunning vaulted ceilings and whimsical, life-size sculpture create a welcoming space perfect for festive receptions and special events. The 12,000 square foot space can accommodate 480 for formal dining, 1,500 for a cocktail reception and 30 (8ft. by 10 ft.) exhibit booths.

Boardroom - Our preset boardroom offers a welcoming, residential styling with warm, polished woods, granite table and high back leather armchairs. Seating is available for up to 14 people.

Phoenix Room - The 2,880 square foot Phoenix Room is the ideal location for everything from large breakouts and training sessions to dinners and receptions. Offering a corner setting on the second floor, this room is the perfect setting for formal dining for up to 240 or a cocktail reception for up to 300 guests. The Phoenix Room breaks out into 2 smaller function spaces; use one for your session and set the other for breakfast or lunch.

Borein, Cassidy, Cowboy Artists, Curtis, Moran, Remington, and Russell Rooms - These seven spaces of varying capacities easily configure into smaller rooms for break-out groups from a larger planning meeting. Or choose to host your coffee break in the atrium while your sessions are held in Cowboy Artists. These rooms serve groups of 30 to 200, depending upon set up. 

Ellis Room - Just off the stunning Atrium Lobby, the 1,800 sq. ft. Ellis Room can accommodate up to 125 for formal dining or a cocktail reception. Used in conjunction with the Atrium Lobby, the Ellis Room is the perfect setting for a special desserts buffet or a gaming room for a special event.
Third Floor
Ideally situated on the third floor adjacent to the pool and the Garden Terrace Courtyard, this group of Phoenix meeting rooms is perfectly suited for smaller engagements or breakout rooms.  Select one of these rooms when you are looking for a more intimate and quiet meeting space.

Suites 312 through 324
An array of rooms ranging from 513 to 858 square feet, with capabilities to fit a wide variety of set-ups.  Ideal for classroom groups to 20, theater-style for up to 40 or coffee breaks hospitalities for up to 50.

Garden Terrace Courtyard
Take advantage of our stunning landscape and stage an outdoor function in our 1,540 square foot garden. Accommodate 60 for formal dining, 150 for a reception and 100 theater-styles.
