Q: Can I create my own menu?
A: Yes, our food and beverage experts are happy to create a Phoenix wedding reception menu that reflects your wishes.  Our experienced team will work with you fulfill your requests.

Q: How long will my reception last?
A: Generally, a wedding reception is planned for four hours.  You can extend the time if desired.  Your wedding specialist will advise any additional costs for the additional time.

Q: Can I have an open bar at the wedding?
A: You can elect to have an open bar, a limited selection of wine and beer or a cash bar.  Your wedding specialist will advise you on the costs and inclusions for each.

Q: Can I host a morning-after brunch or a rehearsal dinner at the hotel?
A: Certainly.  We have several locations that are appropriate for these occasions.

Q: Are taxes and service charges included in the pricing?
A: No, your contract pricing will not include all taxes and service charges.  Please remember, pricing is not final until a signed contract is returned to your wedding specialist.

Q: May I bring in my own wedding cake?
A: Yes, you may provide both the wedding cake and the groom's cake. We will provide the china and utensils, as well as complimentary cake cutting assistance.

Q: Do you have catering at wedding locations other than the hotel?
A: Yes, Copper Square Kitchen by Hyatt has a full service catering and culinary staff to accommodate many venues... the Valley is our Ballroom!

Q: Do you provide wedding decorations?
A: Yes, we will provide complimentary floor length linens and to further enhance your tabletop, and we also provide mirror & votive centerpieces. We partner with floral and decor companies to create the perfect romantic ambience.

Q: Can you provide the entertainment?
A: We can recommend local agencies that can assist you with your entertainment needs, including live bands, string quartets, mariachis, and interactive DJ's.

Q: Do you offer children's menus?
A: Yes, a custom children's menu can be prepared especially for your younger guests.

Q: Can I schedule a personal tour with a wedding coordinator?
