Executive Chef Dominick Vaccaro has created tantalizing Southwest specialty items as well as American favorites for our morning and mid-day menus. From breakfast to dessert, the cuisine in our sun-filled Phoenix restaurant is hand selected and prepared with our discriminating guests in mind. Listed below is a sampling of our tempting menus:

Breakfast Menu:

  • Breakfast Buffet – Includes an extensive cereal bar, featuring six cereals and twelve toppings, such as dried apricots, dried mango, coconut, roasted macadamia nuts, and sunflower seeds.  In addition to the daily pasty and breakfast bread rotation, our yogurt bar comes complete with apple and pineapple compote.  For guests joining us on consecutive mornings, we offer a rotation of hot items to ensure variety for your breakfast meal. Enjoy our daily breakfast buffet for $17.95 per person, excluding tax and gratuity
  • Orange French Toast - Vanilla and cornflake crust, orange zest butter 
  • Ham and White Cheddar Panini - fried egg, shaved ham and Dijon spread
